Accident reports are typically ready within 5 days of the incident. Copies of accident reports are available for a $5.00 fee if picked up in person or mailed (must include a self-addressed stamped envelope.) We do not fax reports.
KRS 189.635 limits who may have access to accident reports and we will not knowingly release them to any unauthorized person.
