RE: Increase in Sheriff’s Fee for Bourbon County, KY
To Whom It May Concern:
In accordance to KRS 64.090(2) and local Bourbon County Ordinance #07-20-00-01, the Sheriff’s Fee for executing and returning process will increase as follows effective January 1, 2010.
- Civil Summons, Subpoenas, Warrant of Possession, etc. in Circuit Court: $65.00 per summons
- Civil Summons, Subpoenas, Evictions, etc. in District Court: $50.00 per summons
Please make sure your Accounts Payable staff is aware of this change.
